Unable to use FaceID

Please consider implementing FaceID login if it has not being implemented. Tried enabling the TouchID after adding VIP card. System prompts TouchID not setup. Upon logging in, tried going to Setting > enable TouchID. The system prompts TouchID login enabled successfully. When i tried to logout and tried to login with FaceID, the app crashed. Upon re opening the app, i need to re add the vip card all over again.

Always has Server Issues

Always has problems loading the apps. The loading bar on top always stop after 25% loaded. I thought was my 5G or connection issue, however I try downloading movies from my Netflix and other games apps….the loading speed is so fast. Whenever, I open the apps a message “Server Error try again later “ will pop up. I can’t even renew the membership through the apps and need to pay more at store for renewal. Please fix the issue.

Can’t register VIP

When I click on activate VIP card, a screen appears to enter my PLC number. Clicking on the text box will pop up the number if keyboard. But after entering my number there is no way to submit it!

So not able to use the app
